Enhancing Leadership Capacity in Albanian and Kosovan Higher Education

This initiative aims to strengthen leadership capacity in Albanian and Kosovan Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to drive governance, strategic planning, and institutional management reforms. By developing and piloting a National Leadership Development Programme (NLDP), the project will provide university leaders with essential skills and resources to implement meaningful change.

Through targeted training, networking, and action-based learning, the programme will empower HE leaders, ensuring long-term impact across the region. Additionally, an annual leadership symposium will foster continuous collaboration and knowledge exchange, supporting sustainable higher education development in Albania and Kosovo.
