Within the framework of the International Scientific Conference EM-HERI 2025, held on 12 and 13 June 2025 in Slovenia and organized by Euro-Mediterranean University—whose network partner is the International School of Social and Business Studies (ISSBS)—the Erasmus+ project LEADALKO was presented to approximately 140 participants. Around 90 participants attended in person in Slovenia, while 50 joined online. Participants came from 51 institutions across 19 countries.
Project LEADALKO was showcased during the dissemination panel on 13 June. It was also presented in the conference session on 12 June 2025 with the contribution titled ‘Leadership Development Programmes in Higher Education: Case Studies from Morocco and the Western Balkans’.
Participants expressed strong interest in the structured leadership programme developed for Albania and Kosovo, which applies the HELQS framework and coaching tools to address leadership gaps. They also welcomed the open educational resources on elearningproject.eu, enabling users to explore the topic free of charge and obtain a digital open badge. After the conference, the proceedings will also be published, further enhancing the project’s visibility.
