On 6 July 2026, the LEADALKO Consortium held the Kosovo online session of the Final Change Project Presentations, organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education project LEADALKO – Leadership Capacities Development in Higher Education across Albania and Kosovo (Project No. 101179476 – ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CBHE-STRAND-1).
During the session, participants from higher education institutions in Kosovo presented the Change Projects they developed and implemented as part of the Leadership Development Programme. The projects reflected institutional priorities and focused on strengthening leadership, governance, and organizational development.
The presentations addressed a variety of topics, including internationalization, digitalization of administrative processes, curriculum enhancement through the integration of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), strategic planning, quality enhancement, and student and staff engagement.
The online session brought together participants, coaches, module leaders, consortium partners, and institutional representatives, providing an opportunity to present project outcomes, exchange experiences, and receive valuable feedback.
The successful completion of the Kosovo Change Project Presentations marks another important milestone of the LEADALKO project and demonstrates participants’ commitment to fostering sustainable institutional development in higher education.
