On 6 July 2026, the LEADALKO Consortium continued the Final Change Project Presentations with the Albania online session, held within the framework of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education project LEADALKO – Leadership Capacities Development in Higher Education across Albania and Kosovo (Project No. 101179476 – ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CBHE-STRAND-1).
During the session, participants from higher education institutions in Albania presented the Change Projects they had developed and implemented throughout the Leadership Development Programme. The projects demonstrated practical initiatives designed to strengthen institutional leadership and support continuous improvement within their universities.
The presented projects covered a wide range of themes, including digital transformation, curriculum innovation, internationalization, strategic organizational development, student support services, quality enhancement, and the integration of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The session provided an opportunity for participants to share their achievements, reflect on the implementation process, and receive constructive feedback from coaches, module leaders, consortium partners, and institutional representatives.
The Albania Change Project Presentations represent an important achievement of the LEADALKO project and highlight the participants’ dedication to leading positive institutional change and strengthening higher education leadership.
