The LEADALKO project consortium held a successful online coordination meeting on May 15, 2025, bringing together all partner institutions to review project progress and align on key upcoming activities.
The meeting focused on several important updates:
Finalization of the Quality Assurance Plan
Delivery of the Consortium Partner Agreement
Integration of research findings into the next project phase
In addition, the consortium reviewed the submission of 6-month progress reports, discussed ongoing dissemination activities, and planned the selection of Advisory Board members and Train of Trainers (ToT) participants.
Looking ahead, preparations are now underway for the Second EU Study Visit, which will take place in Malta.
This collaborative session ensured continued alignment and strong momentum as LEADALKO advances its mission of strengthening leadership and management capacities in higher education across Albania and Kosovo.
