The LEADALKO Train-the-Trainers program officially launched in Kosovo, with UIBM and College Biznesi kindly hosting the event. During December 09-11, 2025, partners came together to strengthen leadership development in higher education.
This training focused on preparing future trainers who will implement the LEADALKO project in Albania and Kosovo. The sessions addressed key themes such as strategic and transformative leadership, change management, structured reflection, internal communication, and project-based approaches to institutional change.
Participants were introduced to practical frameworks for self-assessment, reflective practice, and understanding outputs, outcomes, and impact, contributing directly to the development of the National Leadership Development Program (NLDP) for Albania and Kosovo. The target group of the program consists of higher education leaders across both countries.
These days marked an important step in building shared understanding, collaboration, and capacity among future trainers within the LEADALKO consortium.
