On 4 and 5 September 2025, the second research seminar of the Erasmus+ LEADALKO project is taking place in Malta. The project focuses on strengthening leadership capacities in higher education in Albania and Kosovo. The seminar brought together all consortium partners.
The main emphasis of the two-day event was on presenting the seven modules of the leadership programme and planning the upcoming train-the-trainers workshops, scheduled to take place from December 9 to 11, 2025, in Priština, Kosovo. Particular attention was also given to the preparation of the programme’s pilot phase, which will be implemented in two cohorts in Kosovo and Albania between January and July 2026, involving approximately 50 trainees. Additionally, partners discussed implementation challenges and provided examples of European best practices.
